DUTIES: BorgWarner Inc. seeks an Enterprise Data Systems Manager based out of our office at 3800 Automation Avenue, Auburn Hills, MI 48326. Note, this is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work from the aforementioned address and from home. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the aforementioned address. Note, this position requires international and domestic travel, as needed, up to 5% of the time.

Duties include: Act as Product Owner of essential Global Supply Management (GSM) systems, including BorgWarner’s Global Procurement System (Ivalua); Develop, execute, and manage systems roadmap related to data integrity/usability, functions/features, and timely completion; Manage cross-business and functional team(s) performing ongoing data collection and maintenance; Provide support to existing and future business systems within areas of responsibility, including: input to dashboards, Supplier ScoreCards, supplier change requests, approved supplier list, approved commodity list, supply chain sustainability administration, and diversity data management/spend reporting; Conduct administration for Global GSM SharePoint and Extranet Supplier sites and mass supplier communication, including related official document storage.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related and 24 months of experience in job offered or related position in supply chain management

Required experience must include: Experience using SAP Material Management Modules; Experience managing supplier tracking systems and tools, including supplier performance tracking or scorecards; Experience managing analytics tools and connections to source systems via APIs, interfaces, and SQL queries; 24 months of experience training and implementing all modules of the Ivalua Global Procurement System; Experience coordinating large multi-national implementations managing teams located in multiple countries; Experience in Change Management connected with software implementations; Experience working in supply chain related processes/projects.

Note, this position requires international and domestic travel, as needed, up to 5% of the time.
