Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Change Management Advisor to support large-scale organizational transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that drive successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and enterprise project support.

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead and execute change management activities for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

·         Develop and implement change management strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption plans.

·         Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness assessments.

·         Identify, engage, and support change champions throughout the organization.

·         Partner with business leaders, project teams, HR, and stakeholders to drive successful change adoption.

·         Develop communication and training materials that support organizational readiness.

·         Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and feedback sessions.

·         Monitor adoption metrics and assess change effectiveness.

·         Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers navigating organizational change.

·         Support planning and execution activities throughout the project lifecycle.

·         Promote long-term sustainability and adoption of business and technology transformations.


Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of Change Management experience.
  • Experience working in a Healthcare, Research, or Academic environment.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level projects and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise projects with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experience supporting large-scale technology or enterprise transformation programs.
  • Experience working with organizational change methodologies and adoption frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and adoption management skills
  • Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED.
  • Required Certifications -  Prosci Certified Change Practitioner OR ADKAR Certification - MUST
