We are looking for a Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our team and cover the US - Americas Region.

The position’s responsibilities include:

  • Identify, qualify, and schedule to hand off: Outbound and Inbound new logo business opportunities to Regional Sales Managers
  • Conduct daily prospecting and outreach by cold calling, email, socials, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers, Solutions Architects, Marketing, and others to represent Akeyless as the front line of our new business generation process.
  • Participate in team training sessions, role plays, and professional development opportunities
  • Communicate with a highly technical audience ranging in title from management to c-suite executives
  • Travel to attend industry events and trade shows
  • Daily use of tools including LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc.
  • Daily learner’s mindset, coachability, and openness to provide feedback

Requirements
  • Minimum of one year experience sales/XDR experience in cybersecurity/SaaS domain or adjacent industry.
  • Experience with prospecting and lead qualification/generation tools (like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, intent-based platforms, etc).
  • Ability to manage balance of daily tasks (cold calling/emails/social outreach; prospecting; meetings) with drive and self-starter mentality.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and persuasion skills, including skill in active listening and ability to engage prospects. 
  • Ability to travel to industry events and trade shows as needed.
  • Strong understanding and experience prospecting into the cybersecurity landscape and nature of DevOps/Information Security roles and responsibilities as related to sourcing new business. 
  • Coachable and competitive nature with self-starter mentality and a learner’s mindset.

OTE range: $60K-$100K

In addition: Company Stock Options + Benefits
