What we are building

Mimica's mission is to empower enterprises, teams, and individuals to reclaim their most precious resource — time and work more efficiently, with greater purpose and impact.

Our AI-powered task mining observes employee actions across the desktop and categorizes them into detailed process maps. Mimica’s process intelligence highlights inefficiencies, prioritizes improvements based on ROI, recommends the optimal technology for automation (RPA, intelligent document processing, GenAI), and provides a blueprint for building new automations and transforming work.

What you will work on

As a member of our early sales team, you will be at the cutting edge of Mimica’s growth, fueling the sales pipeline and driving net new business meetings. You will own multi-channel outreach and evangelize Mimica with key decision-makers across all levels and business types. You will most likely be the first person our prospective clients interact with and set the first impression of our brand.

Part of your day-to-day

  • Generating leads, building strategic target account lists and prioritizing new business opportunities

  • Crafting cold call scripts and sending outbound sequences through Outreach and Linked Sales Navigator, tailoring your messaging to the individual

  • Executing inbound sales campaigns and following up with marketing-qualified leads

  • Qualifying and nurturing opportunities and lining up meetings to hand off to the Account Executives

  • Participating in discovery calls and demos with senior decision-makers in target and prospect accounts and slowly starting to drive prospecting and closing activities

  • Tracking pipeline and keeping the CRM (Salesforce) up to date with info about accounts, deal size, status, etc. to allow for revenue forecasting

  • Helping continuously improve and optimize our sales process, playbook and tools

What you will bring

  • Eagerness to learn and continually build on your knowledge of Mimica’s value proposition, market, and target personas

  • Commitment to a career in technical software sales – developing pipelines, prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals

  • Drive to achieve personal and career goals despite rejections or setbacks

  • Discipline and ability to apply a structured process in order to meet your quota consistently

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills – you are comfortable initiating conversations, articulate, and not afraid to share a point of view, but also able to ask questions and actively listen

Bonus

  • Prior cloud/SaaS sales development experience – researching and building new and existing accounts

  • Understanding of the nuances of selling to large enterprises

  • Proven interest in AI, ML, or automation

  • Familiarity working within an early-stage startup environment – delivering value quickly and iteratively

We are looking for individuals who resonate with our mission and are passionate about building a career in sales. If that’s you, let us know, even if you don’t meet all of the criteria above.
