Role at a GlanceWe are hiring a strategic, precision-oriented Enterprise SDR to drive highly targeted outbound campaigns across priority accounts. This role requires thoughtful account planning, stakeholder mapping, and coordinated multi-threaded engagement within complex industrial organizations.
What you will doThis role will execute three distinct outbound motions:
Power & Utilities – Core Offering Expansion
Book and help sell Gecko’s RUG & Repair Planning solutions on boilers.
Engage site-level stakeholders (Plant Managers, Maintenance Managers, Reliability leaders).
Drive meetings that convert to inspection + repair planning opportunities.
Domestic Oil & Gas – Fuel the Ground Game
Expand Gecko’s solution across flagship O&G logos across the full fleet of refineries in our customers portfolio.
Engage site-level stakeholders across additional facilities targeting plant managers, maintenance leaders, reliability teams, and inspection stakeholders
Leverage success stories and examples from existing sites to land & expand in others.
Book high-quality meetings tied to real inspection, repair planning, and Pre-TA opportunities.
Align outreach with field activity, facility footprint, and turnaround cycles.
Domestic Oil & Gas – Executive Unlock
Secure senior-level conversations to enable broader adoption and long-term value creation.
Engage Directors, VPs, asset leaders, and enterprise decision-makers.
Elevate the conversation beyond inspections to strategic asset management outcomes.
Support BD in unlocking multi-site or enterprise-wide agreements.
Required Skills
Execute coordinated outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
Partner closely with BD, Sales Managers, and Deployment Leads on account penetration strategy
Craft personalized, insight-driven outreach by account and persona
Engage plant-level leadership and corporate stakeholders
Drive inspection expansion, multi-threading, and upward engagement within accounts
Generate inbound lift through webinar and event participation
Maintain disciplined CRM documentation and strategic account notes
