Responsibilities

  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Marketing Cloud especially Real Time Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  • Excel in the art of seamlessly amalgamating these diverse technologies to fulfill precise customer requisites, all while harnessing the capabilities of Acxiom products.
  • Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in recognizing the distinct business hurdles that prospects and clients encounter. Your skillset will involve translating these challenges into comprehensive business requisites that intricately align data with user journeys.
  • Through orchestrating and facilitating workshops and meetings, adeptly oversee and govern customer expectations and project scope, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout.
  • Your instrumental collaboration with stakeholders will serve as the propulsive energy propelling projects towards successful fruition.
  • Proactively anticipate potential obstacles and skillfully advocate solutions that enable integration with customer data platforms, thereby addressing end-to-end customer use cases effectively.
  • Architect and showcase proof of concepts, effectively portraying the envisioned solutions or elucidating concepts as required.
  • Oversee the advancement of implementations, providing guidance to the team and adeptly addressing challenges that arise, all in pursuit of delivering on the promised vision.
  • Define and uphold solution standards, estimations, processes, policies, and procedures, ensuring consistency and excellence across the board.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of software development lifecycles, enabling you to design and implement change management strategies appropriate for the solutions you devise.
  • Utilize your proficient SQL knowledge to conduct thorough data readiness assessments on behalf of clients, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Craft and lead workshops while facilitating meetings that guide clients through the crystallization of their vision, strategic goals, ROI models, and collaborative architectural sessions.
  • Undertake the responsibility of training end users on the adeptly crafted solutions, ensuring their optimal utilization and understanding.
  • Exemplify and promote Acxiom's CDP services in collaboration with partners, demonstrating thought leadership when apt and actively participating in partner conferences to foster growth and awareness.

What you will need:

  • Generally necessitates at least 5 years of pertinent experience in architecture, accompanied by a Bachelor's degree in computer science; and or a Master's degree, or an equivalent combination of work experience.
  • Desirable to possess a background in notable consulting firms of substantial size, such as Sapient, Accenture, Deloitte, and others.
  • Client experience with Adobe RTCDP and Customer Journey Orchestration
  • Certifications with any of the Adobe marketing platform RTCDP, Customer Journey Analytics, Workfront

  • Possess an advanced mastery of MarTech/AdTech products and solutions, coupled with the skill to seamlessly apply this expertise to both industry-wide challenges and specific client business dilemmas. Showcase exceptional networking capabilities, fostering connections with stakeholders throughout the enterprise. Build upon a foundation of prior experience in sales support and leadership in solutions architecture.
  • Demonstrate a proficient understanding of Adobe Marketing Cloud.
