  • Support user experience and automation enhancements in Salesforce Sales Cloud using tools like Flow Builder and custom objects.  Apex experience is a plus but not required.
  • Assist in designing automations and workflows across systems using platform tools or middleware.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions through configuration, scripting, or low-code tools.
  • Maintain and support application functionality, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with business users, product managers, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configuration, integrations, and standard processes.
  • Support light experimentation with AI-enabled tools such as Claude or OpenAI.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques to drive consistent outputs from large language models (LLMs).
  • Provide day-to-day support for multiple SaaS platforms, addressing system issues, troubleshooting problems, and guiding users on best practices.
  • Design, build, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide actionable insights for project stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years experience working with enterprise applications; experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud or Salesforce Admin certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flow Builder, Validation Rules, etc.) and familiarity with Apex and SOQL is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with systems integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools
  • Interest in AI tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) and willingness to learn prompt engineering concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
