Job Summary
The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with DAS Health’s top enterprise clients. This strategic role serves as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact, ensuring white glove customer experience, operational excellence, and revenue growth. The Enterprise Account Manager will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive account expansion and long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within enterprise-level clients.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for client accounts.

  • Develop comprehensive account plans aligned with DAS Health and client goals.

  • Partner with internal teams (operations, sales, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of account initiatives.

  • Identify growth opportunities and create strategies for account expansion.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients and DAS leadership to review performance and share new offerings.

  • Own renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities, including contract and pricing negotiations.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns.

  • Maintain accurate account records, sales activities, and customer interactions.

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of DAS Health’s solutions and competitive landscape.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

  • 8+ years of enterprise-level account management experience.

  • Prior or current healthcare industry experience required.

  • Proven track record of client retention and revenue growth.

  • Strong executive presence with exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations.

  • Strategic thinker with creativity to identify and drive new business opportunities.

  • Strong business acumen, including negotiation, problem-solving, and knowledge of enterprise sales cycles.

  • High energy, self-directed, organized, and reliable with a growth mindset.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
