  • You are highly strategic and patient, but know when and how to create urgency
  • You are exceptionally strong at outbound prospecting into enterprise organizations
  • You know how to multi-thread deals and build champions across large, complex organizations
  • You are comfortable selling ambiguity and innovation, not just well-defined products
  • You think in terms of account strategy, not just individual deals
  • You are curious about industries, especially home décor, and take time to understand how businesses actually operate
  • You are competitive and resilient and do not lose momentum in long sales cycles

We hire humans, not job descriptions. You should apply even if this role and salary range don't align with your experience. We’re happy to create unique roles and compensation for the right talent.

  • Proactively prospect into named enterprise accounts, building a pipeline through highly targeted outbound efforts
  • Partner closely with Marketing on ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies to penetrate and expand key accounts
  • Develop deep account plans by mapping stakeholders, identifying business initiatives, and aligning Roomvo to strategic priorities
  • Engage and influence multiple stakeholders across functions such as eCommerce, merchandising, IT, marketing, and executive leadership
  • Lead consultative, value-based sales motions and position Roomvo as a long-term strategic partner, not just a vendor
  • Navigate complex procurement processes, including security, legal, and executive approvals
  • Build business cases and ROI models tailored to enterprise customers in the home décor space
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline management and forecasting discipline with clear deal strategies and next steps
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Leadership on strategic deals and custom opportunities

Requirements:
  • 5 to 10 plus years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a focus on enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals valued at $200K or more with multi-stakeholder involvement
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and account penetration
  • Experience running structured, strategic sales processes such as MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or similar
  • Strong experience partnering with marketing on ABM initiatives
  • Ability to build and present compelling business cases to senior executives
  • Experience selling into or strong interest in the home décor ecosystem including furniture, flooring, paint, retail, or manufacturing
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive presence
  • High ownership mindset with strong internal collaboration skills

  • Work anywhere in the world for up to 3 months!
  • We value families, by offering a parental leave program
  • We offer a work-from-home stipend
  • Your birthday (and our company's birthday) is a day off!
