Inflection.io is AI-native B2B marketing automation purpose built for modern data architectures to enable 1:1 communications across the entire account lifecycle. We help innovative, high-growth companies generate pipeline, accelerate product adoption, and expand revenue at scale.

We're seeking Enterprise Account Executives to join a high performing team and lead complex, high-impact deals with sophisticated buyers, playing a critical role in accelerating Inflection's next phase of revenue growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Own full-cycle enterprise motion from outbound and discovery through close and expansion

  • Sell to senior leaders across Marketing, Growth, RevOps, and Data teams.

  • Run value-based discovery and lead strategic, multi-stakeholder sales processes

  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing on demos and evaluations

  • Build and execute territory and account plans for large, strategic customers

  • Forecast accurately and manage pipeline with discipline

What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with enterprise accounts

  • Proven success closing complex six- and seven-figure deals

  • Experience selling MarTech, data, or platform products

  • Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills

  • Comfortable in technical, ambiguous, fast-growing environments
