ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team, focused on the North East territory and serving the SLED (State, Local, and Education) vertical. This individual will play a key role in driving new business, managing strategic relationships, and expanding our footprint in the public sector. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in enterprise sales, understands the complexities of selling into SLED accounts, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Territory Ownership: Own and execute a territory plan for the North East region with a focus on State, Local, and Education accounts.
  • Business Development: Identify, prospect, and close net-new SLED opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Strategic Account Management: Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within SLED agencies and institutions.
  • Solution Selling: Partner cross-functionally to tailor LVT’s solutions to meet client-specific challenges, priorities, and procurement processes.
  • Sales Execution: Drive full-cycle enterprise sales efforts, from discovery and proposal development to negotiation and close.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts through CRM tools and regular reporting.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on SLED procurement trends, policy changes, and regional initiatives impacting security and surveillance investments.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer internally, helping shape product and service enhancements based on field feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, with at least 2 years focused on the SLED vertical.
  • Proven success navigating complex sales cycles and public sector procurement processes.
  • Deep understanding of regional dynamics within the North East SLED ecosystem.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable engaging C-level, IT, and procurement stakeholders across government and education entities.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and a collaborative approach.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory to engage clients and attend industry events as needed.
