About This Role

Lucid Bots is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Enterprise Account Executive with a proven track record of hunting and winning new business in blue-collar industries such as facilities management, utilities, construction, logistics, and field services. This role is built for a true hunter—someone who thrives on finding, pursuing, and closing net-new enterprise accounts from the ground up.

You’ll be the driving force behind expanding our market presence, targeting decision-makers in hard-working industries that keep the world running, and showing them how Lucid Bots’ cutting-edge robotics solutions can transform their operations.

What You'll Do:
  • Own the full outbound sales cycle: identify, prospect, engage, and close enterprise-level deals.
  • Leverage cold calls, targeted emails, LinkedIn outreach, industry events, and boots-on-the-ground networking to generate high-quality opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strategic prospecting plan for your assigned territory, focusing on verticals where efficiency, safety, and cost savings are top priorities.
  • Develop strong relationships with executives, operations leaders, and field managers to understand their pain points and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine outbound campaigns and with Product teams to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Deliver compelling, ROI-focused presentations and conduct live product demonstrations (including earning your FAA Part 107 license to operate drones for customer demos).
  • Travel occasionally to visit prospects, conduct in-person demos, and represent Lucid Bots at industry events and trade shows.
  • Maintain an active, organized pipeline in HubSpot, with clear stages and next steps for every opportunity
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new business targets
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven success in outbound enterprise sales, consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling into blue-collar markets such as facilities maintenance, construction, logistics, or similar industries.
  • Skilled in breaking into cold accounts and developing executive-level relationships from scratch.
  • Expert at outbound prospecting via cold calling, targeted email, LinkedIn, and industry networking.
  • Strong business acumen, able to translate technical solutions into operational and financial benefits.
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce) and comfort with sales enablement tools.
  • High sense of urgency, competitive drive, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Prior start-up experience a plus, but not required.
