About PatientIQ
PatientIQ is a fast-growing healthcare technology company on a mission to improve patient outcomes through smarter, data-driven care. We work with healthcare providers, life sciences organizations, and research institutions to transform clinical insights into action. As we scale, we are investing in strong operational infrastructure to enable consistent, predictable growth across the commercial organization.
Role Overview
The PatientIQ Enterprise Account Executive (EAE) – MedTech Partnerships is responsible for driving adoption of an orthopedic digital care platform from a leading medical device partner across PatientIQ’s provider network. This role is tailored to candidates with a strong understanding of the orthopedic medical device ecosystem.
As the distribution partner for this medical device company, PatientIQ enables providers to deploy the digital care platform, which supports joint replacement patients in tracking recovery progress and surgical outcomes. The EAE will play a critical role in generating awareness within existing provider relationships, activating new users, and coordinating deployment efforts across both the partner’s sales teams and PatientIQ’s operational infrastructure.
Success in this role requires cross-functional coordination, strong business acumen, and fluency in orthopedic workflows to overcome provider-side adoption barriers and drive usage at scale.
This role is responsible for a national territory, with emphasis on orthopedic-specialty provider networks.
What You’ll Do
- Drive awareness and adoption of our partner’s orthopedic digital care platform within PatientIQ’s provider customer base.
- Partner closely with the partner’s internal sales teams to align go-to-market strategies and support field deployment efforts.
- Build relationships with orthopedic surgeons and clinical teams to enable platform utilization in surgical recovery workflows.
- Navigate provider-side IT, legal, and administrative processes to accelerate implementation timelines.
- Coordinate across internal PatientIQ functions (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Product, Operations) to execute launch plans, resolve implementation friction, and sustain adoption.
- Align with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations to achieve provider activation milestones and revenue targets tied to partner incentive models.
