We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a high-performing, strategic Enterprise Account Director to help us expand our partnerships with the world’s leading global law firms.
The Opportunity
As an Enterprise Account Director, you’ll own a portfolio of our largest and most strategic clients. You’ll be responsible for deepening executive-level relationships, expanding Litera’s footprint across practices and regions, and driving long-term value through cross-functional collaboration. This is a strategic, consultative role requiring a deep understanding of complex sales cycles and legal industry dynamics.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow strategic relationships with executive stakeholders across your assigned global law firm accounts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding each client’s firm-wide initiatives and aligning our solutions to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to identify whitespace, cross-sell opportunities, and expand Litera’s impact across departments, regions, and practices.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across product, marketing, legal, and customer success to deliver a seamless client experience and drive value realization.
- Navigate and influence complex decision-making environments with multiple stakeholders across different geographies and business units.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce and internal planning tools.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, influencing product strategy and innovation through field insights and feedback.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of enterprise-level B2B sales experience, preferably within SaaS, legal tech, enterprise software, or professional services.
- Proven track record of success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and exceeding quota.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior and C-level executives.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex technology into strategic value.
- A collaborative mindset — you're energized by working across teams to deliver client impact.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and other sales productivity tools.
- Experience working in or selling to the legal industry is highly desirable.

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents is $250,000 to $300,000 OTE. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Litera offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
