Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary client interface, leading scope development, proposal support, issue resolution, and long-term client relationship management
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-discipline capital projects, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and contractual requirements
- Direct and manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors; anticipate staffing needs and provide performance feedback
- Manage project scope, including documentation and execution of approved changes
- Coordinate procurement of equipment, materials, and installation services, including bid evaluation and contract awards
- Partner with construction management to support installation, technical check-out, and start-up activities; coordinate OEMs and contractors as needed
- Develop and promote adherence to project-specific safety plans and applicable Foth and client safety standards
- Identify execution efficiencies and support business development opportunities through strong project delivery
- Travel as required (approximately 25–35%)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience
- Industry experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing OR Paper converting/manufacturing
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Capital project experience and multi-discipline team leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in the food or beverage industry
- Project Management Professional Certification or ability to obtain
- Professional Engineer license
- Success working in a consultant environment
