Location: Remote (Europe & LATAM)

At Mixmax, we’re building AI-enabled workflows that help revenue teams do their best work - faster, smarter, and more human. We’re taking on bigger, more complex customer problems, and we’re hiring an Engineering Manager to lead that next chapter.

You’ll lead two distributed product teams across Europe and LATAM, partnering closely with Product & Design to ship faster, raise technical quality, and drive clear customer impact. If you love turning ambiguity into outcomes - and building teams where people do their best work - we’d love to meet you.

🚀 What you’ll deliverIn your first 3 months
  • A calm, fast delivery rhythm. Clear plans with dates and owners, steady demos, and early risk calls — no heroics.
  • Clarity for the team. Everyone knows what matters now vs next; you bring crisp communication and reduce noise.
  • Early customer impact. Ship improvements customers can feel, and make the “why” behind the work obvious.
  • Technical leadership. Set clear quality bars, Make architecture legible upfront to keep delivery fast and safe and partner with Staff/Senior ICs to simplify where it helps and avoid late surprises.
  • People leadership. Set expectations, coach thoughtfully, and form clear views on performance and growth.
In your first 6 months
  • Predictability without drama. We hit dates or renegotiate early; scope is cut/sequenced with good judgement.
  • Talent density up. You help a senior IC stretch into more ownership and/or hire exceptionally.
  • Simpler systems. Sensible technical decisions and at least one simplification the team feels week-to-week.
  • Customer outcomes. Clear stories that tie shipped work to real value.
💼 Day to day, you will
  • Own execution. Run plans with dates/owners/risks; make trade-offs early; keep delivery calm and fast.
  • Provide technical oversight. Challenge designs, insist on early rationale, name approvers, and verify when something feels risky (you don’t need to code daily, but you know what “good” looks like).
  • Be product-first. Start from the why; co-own outcomes with PM/Design and keep decisions legible.
  • Raise the bar. Keep PR quality high without drag; coach patterns, not just tickets.
  • Coach & hire. Grow people with clear expectations and feedback; hire great engineers and onboard them well.
  • Align across teams. Unblock cross-team work, land decisions that stick, and communicate crisply to stakeholders.
🧠 You’ll thrive here if you have
  • Proven EM experience leading distributed product-engineering teams in a B2B SaaS company (B2B SaaS experience is a must).
  • Strong project-management chops: plans with dates/owners/risks; you know what drops first if timelines slip.
  • Technical judgement to challenge architecture and spot risk (reading PRs/ADRs is comfortable for you).
  • Performance-management maturity: you act early, document clearly, and are decisive and fair.
  • Crisp communication: headline-first, outcome-oriented, comfortable with fast exec Q&A.
  • Customer orientation: you care that shipped work changes user behaviour or reduces pain in the real world.

Nice to have

  • Experience with parts of our stack (TypeScript/Node.js, React, NoSQL, AWS).
  • Familiarity with GTM workflows (Salesforce, Google Workspace) and revenue-team use cases.
  • Start-up scaling experience (systems, teams, and process).
💜 Why Mixmax?
  • We’re a product-led company with strong product–market fit, ambitious new AI initiatives, and a clear mission
  • You’ll join at a pivotal moment - shaping the next generation of our platform and helping define how Mixmax scales technically and culturally.
  • You’ll work in a team that values ownership, creativity, and building things that matter, where good ideas can come from anywhere.
  • You’ll have autonomy, trust, and direct access to leadership, with the support to explore high-leverage opportunities and make real impact.

Ready to lead and build at scale with a team that moves fast and cares deeply? We’d love to hear from you.
