- Coaching, mentoring, and onboarding new engineering team members
- Ensuring the career development, satisfaction, and productivity of the engineers on your team
- Identifying future technical needs and creating plans to meet them
- Providing feedback and guidance to help us continuously grow and scale

- Deep proficiency with distributed / data-oriented application development and SaaS
- Experience planning and leading development efforts on large projects
- Previous experience leading and mentoring teams and driving them toward big goals with consistent execution
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to succinctly explain deep technical concepts
- Experience leading Agile / Scrum ceremonies
- Previous experience working within a dynamic engineering organization
- Bonus for experience working on a Platform-oriented team where internal teams are your customers and shared tooling and services are the focus
- Availability for participation in on-call rotation, ensuring prompt and effective responses to business-critical alerts outside of regular working hours
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time
