Job Description

Title: BofA Commercial and Consumer Valuation Services - Energy Audit Manager 

Rate: $130/hour

Description:

Commercial and Consumer Valuation Services Audit: The objective of this Audit is to provide a review of the 3rd party procurement, governance, and oversight of the appraisal/valuation platform and services managed by the Collateral Valuation Strategy (CVS) team within Enterprise Credit Risk.

Deliver an in-depth review of the accuracy of the appraisal valuations conducted by the Commercial and Consumer Valuation Services teams. Specific expertise in Oil and Gas Lending Valuations would be required to fully assess this space.

Test the accuracy of the Oil and Gas Lending Valuations as well as routines embedded in Oil and Gas Lending Valuations area including QA, Resource Management, etc.

•Department function: Collateral Valuation Services specifically in Oil and Gas valuations

•Day to day responsibilities of the role:  Required skills/experience/education: Assess the business process for determining  oil and gas reserves including asset values and potential collateral risks that could jeopardize loan repayment.

•Desired skills/experience/education: Degree or Background in Petroleum Engineering. Experience with documenting test results in a clear and concise manner.

•Ability to evaluate client's oil and gas reserves to determine proper loan asset values and potential collateral risks that could jeopardize loan repayment when assessing appraisal

•Degree (e.g BS in Petroleum Engineering) or significant experience in Oil and Gas area.

•Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills. Ability to challenge the business process.
