An End User Computing (EUC) NALA Lead is responsible for managing and improving the IT infrastructure that supports end users, ensuring seamless and efficient technology support. This role involves leading a team of support specialists, coordinating with vendors, and implementing new technologies in the region. The Lead also focuses on user experience, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards. The NALA EUC Lead is responsible for the regions ensuring managing the EUC projects for Mondelez. The role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and support of EUC solutions, such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, applications packages, printers, and software ensuring they align with business objectives and provide a seamless user experience.
How you will contribute
- Lead the design and implementation of EUC solutions in the regions, including desktop/laptop environments, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), mobile device management (MDM), and productivity tools and endpoint security.
- Oversee the implementation of EUC solutions across NALA regions, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to security and compliance requirements.
- Implement the EUC strategy, roadmap, and standards for Mondelez in the region.
- Ensure Vulnerability Remediation for the EUC Landscape and keep tight controls Vulnerability Management.
- Responsible to collaborate with the business to own the prioritization of developments and identifies issues to bring improvements. Collaborate with IT leadership and other stakeholders to align EUC initiatives with business goals and objectives.
- Actively participate in POC,UAT of solutions in the regions and provide valuable feedback to enhance productivity.
- Ensure upkeep of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance and usage of EUC systems, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvement.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize end-user computing processes, workflows, and technologies Lead Day-To-Day IT Operations, infrastructure services support,
- Experienced in Windows image deployment & management.
- Demonstrable technical expertise in deploying MS applications, operating systems, and its migrations.
- Act as an escalation point for EUC in both region of North America and Latin America related tasks which involves but not limited to Laptop/Desktop Installation, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of EUC solutions, including mobile device management and endpoint security.
- Implement the EUC strategy, roadmap, and standards for Mondelez.
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of the EUC infrastructure and services.
- Collaborate with IT leadership and other stakeholders to align EUC initiatives with business goals and objectives.
- Apply the project management methodologies, tools, and best practices for the EUC projects.
- Report the status, progress, and outcomes of the EUC projects to Global EUC Lead, IT leadership and business stakeholders.
- Oversee the delivery of end-user support services, including incident management, service requests, and problem resolution, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the EUC team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of end-user support services, implementing best practices and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in Digital Workplace management and support.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the digital workplace domain.
- Strong knowledge and skills in EUC technologies, such as Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, Application Packaging BigFix, MDM, encryption, etc.
- Strong knowledge in Vulnerability Management for Endpoints.
- Excellent Spoken and written English communication skills. Knowing Spanish would also be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $117,400 to $161,425; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
