Job Responsibilities:
As End of Line (EOL) Technician, you will be part of the operations team, consisting of several technicians reporting to the Industrial Controls Engineer. Based on your experience and know-how, you will assemble/disassemble vehicles according to work instructions as well as develop the assembly process together with the manufacturing engineering team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform end of line testing, failure analysis & rework for EOL stations
- Support and improve manufacturing processes
- Support Quality & Process team to improve procedures
- Perform rework on offline vehicles
- Support and participate in data collection
- Lead incident investigation & implement counter measures
- Report EHS concerns and workplace hazards
Who we are looking for:
- Completed high school diploma or college degree preferred
- Manufacturing experience in automotive preferred
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office
- Technical background and analytical skills would be an asset
- Strong willingness to learn and develop
- Fluent in English
Your preferred qualifications:
- End of line related experience in the automotive industry of 5-7 years.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams
- Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
