Sales Enablement Communication Manager, L4B

Summary

Our goal is to create a program that is well-defined, efficient and can be executed within our global regions of North America, Europe, China, Asia Pacific, Latin America, Middle East, and Africa. 

The Role

In this role, you will lead the global enablement program and communications strategy. You will collaborate with our regional sales leaders, their teams and cross-functional leaders to assess, build, and adopt a program that fits our go to market strategy and supports the diverse sales roles in the organization.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage the development and execution of the sales enablement program to be adopted by the Logitech for Business sales teams 

  • Own the enablement calendar and drive consistent monthly meetings with cross-functional leads to ensure visibility on training and available resources

  • Lead quarterly sales enablement huddles to provide global sales with critical enablement updates

  • Design and provide effective training materials for all stakeholders outlined in the concentric circle

  • Work hand in hand with our sales, product management, portfolio, and marketing teams to leverage existing/new content for the sales enablement program

  • Establish a cadence to include updates and collect feedback; design, implement and launch program initiatives for ongoing improvement

  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refresh and/or execute to design, plan, implement and manage the sales enablement program

  • Work with key stakeholders across the business within marketing, business groups, etc. to ensure we are meeting the needs of our sales team

  • Design and deliver assets and collateral, including: training documentation, FAQs, newsletters and videos

  • Create sales playbooks and collaborate on content strategy:

    • Oversee the creation of sales playbooks with clear, actionable strategies for prospect engagement.

    • Develop collateral and guides aligned with buyer personas, pain points, and use cases.

Key Qualifications

For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:

  • 5-7+ years in sales enablement with a technology manufacturer of hardware, software and services solutions

  • Experience leading sales enablement programs and training sellers of various levels of seniority utilizing both in-person and remote curriculums

  • Experience with CRM platform Salesforce and sales workflows associated with following a specific sales methodology

  • Experience with content management and learning management systems

  • Experience working with, understanding, and addressing the unique needs of distinct types of sales teams, such as Inside Sales, Account Executives and Channel Managers

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 120,000 and $ 160,000.   In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
