Manage daily HR transactions, update payroll data, handle onboarding/offboarding, administer employee records and liaise with agencies.
- Manage daily transaction work by responding and resolving workday case
- Ensure that you meet the KPI and SLA for Employee Service Administration area.
- Update payroll data to all new hires, leavers, compensation changes and submit to payroll before 15th of each month
- Handling On boarding process for new joiner including assisting local HR partner on induction session
- Application and renewal of all types of work pass application
- Maintaining employee file records including leave records, training records etc.
- Coordinate and purchase confirmation machines with local contract manufacturers for new confirmed joiners.
- Insurance and medical administration for local employees. Liaise with insurance company on employee claims etc.
- Handling off boarding process for leavers
- Liaise with local government agencies such as Ministry of Manpower and Immigration department
- Support the internal and external audit that related to Employee Administration area.
- Responsible for the preparation of all types of HR related and official letters and correspondence and background checks for new recruits.
- Support ad hoc request related to special projects
- Working on process documentation and desk top procedure in Employee Administration area.
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources, Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR functions.
- Possess good communication and written skills in English
- Experience in workday system, working in MNC and with Singapore exposure will be added advantage
