Our team is comprised of hungry individuals who enjoy the challenge and thrill of building a company as well as solving real problems that have a huge impact on our customer's businesses. As a Emerging Enterprise Account Executive, you would be responsible for driving new customer acquisition within Food Services and Retail. Key activities include managing the complete sales cycle including qualifying meetings set by the Sales Development Representative team, attending industry conferences, supporting pilots, and negotiating with prospects to close the deal.
What you’ll do as an Emerging Enterprise Account ExecutiveDrive entire sales cycle from needs analysis, solution validation, pilot, to closing the sale
Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
Secure new customers within current industries to drive overall penetration as well as open new industries
Solution demonstration through storytelling
Manage conversations remotely through video conferences with travel to meet with prospects and customers as needed (15-20%)
Travel for quarterly Sales team business reviews
Document and update CRM based on interactions
Meet quarterly goals and add top line revenue
Contribute to scaling not only the company but play a key role in helping mature the entire Sales function as we grow
What we’re looking for
5+ years experience in B2B Sales (Preferably selling a SaaS application)
Experience closing five and six figure deals with 4+ month long sales cycles
History of exceeding quota
Outstanding command of prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple prospect departments and teams
Ability to work cross-functionally across teams (sales, product, customer success)
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Bachelor's Degree
Self starter & honest, value hard work, high ability of prioritization, listen well and hear between the words, enjoy teaching others, be it a customer or a new team member
- Prospecting into the hiring manager is a big plus

Sales Compensation:
The anticipated annualized base salary range for this full-time position will be $100,000 to $120,000 plus a variable compensation of $100,000-$120,000
Actual compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualifications, education, experience, and location. Crunchtime has a location-based compensation system, so someone doing the same job in a different city might have a different pay range.
