We're one of the fastest-growing Shopify Retention Agencies in the space, and the brands we work with love us for it. Our team is small, sharp, and obsessed with turning one-time buyers into loyal customers . and we're looking for someone who shares that obsession.

We're remote-first and open to candidates from any location. The only thing we ask is an overlap of around 5 hours with CET working hours, so we can collaborate closely as a team while still giving everyone the flexibility to work where and how they do their best work.

We're a remote-first company, so you're free to work whenever suits you best, just make sure you're online from 12–5pm CE(S)T so we can stay in sync with the team and clients. Please only apply if you can commit to this.

Your mission: Design emails that don't just look great, but convert - bringing brands to life visually while driving the retention results our clients rely on us for.

What you'll do:

  1. Design emails and pop-ups for e-commerce brands (incl. gifs & animations)

  2. Develop Email Design Systems to ensure consistent output

  3. Own deadlines and ensure nothing slips through the cracks

  4. Pro-actively look for design directions/inspiration

  5. Help our design team work smarter and better

What we're looking for (non negotiable):

  1. 2+ years of email design experience (portfolio required, non negotiable) in an agency environment

  2. Hands-on Figma experience (auto-layout, components, local styles, etc.)

  3. Experience with generative AI (e.g. Gemini)

  4. You’re curious, a team-player and ambitious

  5. You can work between 12–5pm CE(S)T, outside of that there's complete flexiblity

What you'll get:

  • Competitive salary

  • Generous paid time off

  • Fully remote — work from wherever you do your best work

  • Opportunity to work directly with 8-figure+ eCommerce brands

  • Full access to all tools, AI workflows, and courses needed for success

  • Real influence on the direction of the agency as we scale

This is not for you if:

  • You're looking to get away by doing the bare minimum

  • You need a lot of hand holding throughout the day
