As the Email Marketing Manager, you will own Foley’s demand generation email engine, transforming customer and prospect data into timely, high-impact, automated campaigns. You will build and optimize scalable programs for our Small Market and Corporate segments, using advanced segmentation, behavioral triggers, and AI-powered tools to drive stronger engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact. This role is ideal for a hands-on practitioner who blends creativity with analytics and leverages emerging technology to improve performance.
What you’ll do:Develop and optimize high-volume email programs that support demand generation across Small Market and Corporate segments, aligning messaging to buyer journeys, behavioral triggers, and GTM motions.
Build and manage multi-step nurture sequences, automated workflows, and personalized cadences in HubSpot with a focus on scalability, accuracy, and performance.
Activate and segment audiences in partnership with RevOps, using Salesforce, HubSpot, and AI-driven tools to enhance targeting, personalization, send-time optimization, and data hygiene.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, including engagement, conversion, and pipeline influence, using dashboards and real-time insights to drive continuous improvement.
Experiment and iterate using AI-assisted content generation, A/B testing, and predictive insights to refine subject lines, message sequencing, CTAs, and audience logic.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Program Managers, Product Marketing, Content, and Sales to ensure campaigns support segment strategies and maintain consistent, high-quality messaging.
Collaborate with Sales leadership to analyze campaign results, share insights, and shape new email marketing strategies.
You have 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, email marketing, or marketing automation, ideally owning high-volume, performance-driven programs.
You have strong hands-on HubSpot expertise and are comfortable activating audiences and building automated workflows end-to-end.
You have experience with 6sense or simillar ABM tools.
You are exceptional with marketing automation and have used tools like Salesforce, n8n, Make or Zapier.
You are fluent in using AI tools for content drafting, personalization, segmentation, and workflow optimization, and you enjoy experimenting with new approaches.
You have strong analytical skills and can turn engagement and pipeline data into actionable strategy.
You write clear, concise email copy and confidently refine drafts using AI-assisted tools.

Location: This role is primarily remote (US based), with the expectation of occasional visits to our offices for team collaboration, training, or company events.
