Job Description:

At Regions, the Email Campaign Administrator works cross-functionally in support of the banks automated email portfolio and internal email marketing agenda by overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assists with the implementation of new ad hoc and automated email campaign deployments
  • Helps with project management and process development ensuring alignment with project progress
  • Manages day-to-day campaign management tasks, including deploying live samples and scheduling emails for deployment in SFMC
  • Ensures email automations are deploying as intended
  • Manages audit schedule for emails by providing direction to Direct Marketing Channel Strategists
  • Assists in reviewing email metric reports to identify emails to review deeper for improvement
  • Builds email timelines in support of email build, QA and deployment
  • Ensures documentation is complete for the email development team to build the email
  • Addresses or escalates roadblocks and dependencies that may impact project timelines or deliverables
  • Maintains status reports and changes logs
  • May aid in training junior team members

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
  • Six (6) years of experience in Marketing
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud technology experience (working knowledge)
  • HTML knowledge
  • Understanding of Project Management best practices

Preferences

  • Experience in financial services marketing
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist Certification

Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong editing, proof reading, and QA skills
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Job Range Target:

Minimum:

$66,048.40 USD

Median:

$94,530.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:

This job may participate in an annual discretionary bonus plan.
