Every year, monday.com hosts its global user conference “Elevate”.
Elevate is monday.com’s largest event of the year, and an opportunity to bring to the stage our co-founders, builders, product leaders, and monday.com experts together with world-class keynote speakers, to share their knowledge and vision for the future of work, the company, and the product. Recent editions in 2025 brought together more than 5,000 in-person attendees across New York, London, and Sydney, alongside 97,000+ online participants in 2024.
We are looking for an experienced program & content leader with an extensive background in tech events, to plan, build, and execute the agenda, and bring Elevate to life in the most creative and inspiring way possible.
This is a unique opportunity to grow what is already one of the world’s biggest tech conferences out there, and to lead and shape the program like no other. To be successful in this role you will need to be creative and reinvent the conference program, while collaborating with stakeholders across the company to lead parallel initiatives across the globe.
About The Role
- Maternity Leave Conver (9 months)
- Develop and execute Elevate's multi-track agenda to drive event awareness, generate ticket sales, and increase attendee engagement.
- Lead the production and execution of the Elevate agenda from start to finish.
- Work with product, marketing, customer success, and leadership to create compelling sessions showcasing the future of monday.com.
- Serve as the primary project manager for all elements of the agenda, including facilitation with our production arm, to ensure cross-company collaboration and flawless execution.
- Align marketing efforts with company goals, including brand visibility, customer retention, and product adoption.
- Be the voice of Elevate, ensuring there is consistent messaging across the event website, social campaigns, and session materials.
- Build strong industry connections with speakers and sponsors, supporting them in the lead-up to Elevate and helping them shine on the day.
- Analyze session performance, optimize strategies based on data, and provide regular reports on ROI and key metrics.
- Manage the attendee content experience, from pre-event communications to post-event engagement, maximizing registrations and participation.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 4+ years of event marketing experience in a tech company, with an orientation to event production and content development.
- 4+ years of experience with leading cross-functional projects for global company events, including creating tech event agendas, while linking to business KPIs and aligning to the company strategy and goals.
- Experience in leading multiple stakeholders who collaborate on a project, including company C-suite executives.
- Data-driven and results-oriented individual, with an ownership mentality to lead a programming plan from start to finish.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to influence.
- Mother tongue English.
