The Electrodes Inside Sales Representative assists customers with purchasing, handles inquiries, processes orders, and promotes sales of Cadwell products.
Position Summary:
The Electrodes Inside Sales Representative 1 assists existing and new customers with the purchasing of supplies and accessories. Expected to demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and expand sales of Cadwell supplies and accessories by contacting existing and potential customers; Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and Internet research
- Professionally handle incoming requests, inquiries and orders from customers
- Work with multiple Cadwell departments to ensure that customer issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
- Demonstrate professionalism and a positive, solutions-oriented approach when interacting with customers and co-workers
- Develop price quotes; process orders/changes/returns, in accordance with procedures
- Stay current on Cadwell products and software, and proficient on use of internal systems
- Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
Education / Experience:
Associate degree in related field, or 2 years of related education/experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred2+ years of experience in customer service, sales or other relevant experience required
Job Knowledge / Requirements:
- Pleasant, positive, patient, and helpful customer service skills
- Communicate clearly and professionally through listening, speaking, and writing skills
- Strong business math skills; read and interpret data and reports
- Computer skills: MS Office and Google applications, query tools, and database systems and applications
- Complete work both independently and as an effective member of the team, adapting to changing requirements, deadlines, and priorities as needed
- Must develop knowledge of Cadwell product lines and how electrodes and accessories are used by clinicians, and know what questions to ask in order to be effective in assisting customers
- Critical success criteria include attention to detail, organized approach to work, effective time management and follow-through
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
- General office positions may require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, color vision, and 2-way written/verbal communication.
