This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.
All About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and highly collaborative Ecommerce Channel Manager to accelerate growth across our direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) websites. This role leads merchandising, promotional planning, forecasting, and conversion optimization to maximize revenue, profitability, and customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with a data-driven mindset, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where ownership, agility, and continuous improvement are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the D2C sales strategy to drive revenue, profitable growth, and customer lifetime value
Monitor and analyze site performance metrics, traffic, revenue, conversion, average order value (AOV), abandonment, margin, and deliver actionable insights
Plan and execute promotional calendars, configure platform promotions, and partner with consumer journey teams to optimize results
Collaborate with Marketing & Media teams on paid media, affiliate, and email strategies to drive qualified traffic and revenue
Lead site merchandising across PLPs, PDPs, product launches, and promotional execution to maximize conversion and AOV
Partner with demand planning to forecast inventory across the product lifecycle and coordinate with operations to prevent stockouts/overstocks
Manage external affiliate partners to evaluate opportunities and optimize publisher performance and promotional offers
Identify and implement process and site experience improvements that increase efficiency, conversion, and customer satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in ecommerce, sales operations, marketing, or merchandising
Proven success managing site merchandising, promotions, and conversion optimization for a branded D2C site
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and analytics tools such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
