GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening for a Legal eBilling Specialist, based in our Orlando, Tampa, or Miami offices. This position is responsible for overseeing firm-wide eBilling, and legal billing experience is required.
The successful candidate will coordinate with Billing Analysts and other firm personnel to ensure new clients and matters are set up correctly on the required eBilling platform. Primary duties include managing the electronic invoice submission process through payment, while tracking exclusions and appeals, deadlines, etc. This position requires a detail-oriented person with excellent critical thinking skills and multi-tasking abilities to support a fast-paced, professional environment.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of billing experience in a law firm. Necessary skills also include advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with law firm billing software and third-party eBilling software a plus.
