Job Description SummaryThe Business Operations Specialist will take on a multifaceted role ensuring both first class communication with Customers and Field Engineers, as well as internal processes such as service contract execution; install base data maintenance or PM and FMI management.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for first class communication and coordination of external customers and internal Field Service organization and service job dispatch
- Ensure prompt customer support for all contract and non-contract related questions
- Maintain Install database accuracy by supporting field team, internal and external customers via phone and email
- Provide support for timely resolution of customer invoicing disputes in coordination with service teams.
- Creating basic reports and managing PM (Preventive Maintenance) and FMI (Field Modification Instruction) planning and follow up actions with internal stakeholders and external customers
- Play an active role in improving system data quality and drive process improvement initiatives to standardize & change way of doings through collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- Manage local purchases and cost allocation (vendor creation, PO creation/management, Invoice booking).
- Work closely with field & service sales teams to resolve technical and process-related issues.
- Support different operational project implementations
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in related field (management studies, logistics, economics, etc.) is an advantage
- High attention to detail, ability to carry out administrative and reporting tasks with high precision
- Supportive team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Hungarian languages
- MS Office knowledge
