JOB DESCRIPTION:

The opportunity: your role at Driven Brands 

DrivenAdvantage.com is the internal B2B marketplace that powers procurement and vendor connectivity across our portfolio of brands Our mission is to simplify and streamline the way our franchisees, operators and affiliates purchase products and services by providing a modern, data-driven Ecommerce experience.  

The DrivenAdvantage team is seeking a motivated and analytical individual to support the cross functional team in growth, optimization, and day-to-day operations of DrivenAdvantage.com. You will work with the operations, procurement, marketing and sales team members gaining exposure to real-world challenges, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and contributing to initiatives that drive platform improvements.

How you will Own it :

  • Support Site Operations & Merchandising 

  • Assist with product catalog maintenance, content updates, and vendor onboarding 

  • Support updates to product descriptions, images, categories, and collections to improve site navigation and usability 

  • Monitor site accuracy and assist in resolving product data discrepancies 

  • Assemble Key Data & Performance Analytics 

  • Pull and analyze Ecommerce performance metrics such as traffic, conversion, search behavior, and order trends 

  • Build weekly dashboards and insights summaries for leadership and category managers 

  • Use platforms such as Qlik or similar analytics tools to extract data and highlight growth opportunities 

  • Identify and Implement Improvements in User Experience 

  • Conduct audits of the customer journey to identify friction points and propose enhancements 

  • Support testing of new features, UI improvements, and search optimization initiatives. 

  • Assist with creating internal playbooks and documentation for consistent Ecommerce processes 

  • Support Vendor & Category Management  

  • Partner with internal category leaders and external suppliers to gather product content, marketing assets, and promotional information 

  • Help prepare presentations, promotional plans, and communications 

What you’ll Bring:

  • Rising Junior/Senior pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Analytics, or a related field 

  • GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred 

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 

  • Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms, digital merchandising, or analytics tools is a plus 

  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment 

  • Interest in retail, marketplaces, and digital customer experience
