Role Overview

We're seeking an E-commerce Content Marketing Manager to join our integrated e-commerce team. In this role, you'll take ownership of our marketing and content strategy across our consumer GPS tracker product line. You'll have autonomy to develop and execute the creative vision that positions our products effectively within the competitive landscape. Beyond copywriting, you'll be responsible for creating and directing various content formats including graphics, and defining our products' unique value differentiators in the market. Working collaboratively with team members, you'll drive growth and conversion optimization while having significant input into our brand's strategic direction.

Responsiblities

  • Own and develop the creative marketing strategy for our consumer product line
  • Define product positioning and unique value differentiators in the competitive landscape
  • Create and direct the production of both written content and visual assets
  • Develop and articulate our product's competitive advantages in the market
  • Create and optimize Amazon product listings including A+ content
  • Design and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates
  • Manage email marketing campaigns for product launches and promotions
  • Lead collaboration with product team on launch strategies and user content
  • Direct the creation of graphics and visual elements for all marketing materials
  • Work with PPC manager to create effective ad content
  • Ensure marketplace compliance across all content
  • Optimize e-commerce website content
  • Create compelling product packaging content
Requirements
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with ability to craft compelling product narratives
  • Experience either creating visual content directly or managing third-party designers for marketing materials
  • Strategic thinking with ability to position products effectively against competitors
  • Proven track record of creating engaging content that drives conversions
  • Strong understanding of consumer psychology and purchasing behavior
  • Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Ability to deeply understand products and articulate unique value propositions
  • Experience developing and executing comprehensive content marketing strategies
  • Experience managing email marketing campaigns for product launches
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on content performance
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
