The Opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate E-Commerce Campaign Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for planning and executing various e-commerce campaigns to increase user engagement and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Planning and Execution:

    1. Design and implement innovative e-commerce marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and sales.

    2. Develop specialized promotional campaigns for specific holidays, seasons, or themes.

  2. Cross-functional Collaboration:

    1. Work closely with the seller operations, marketing, product, technology, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of activities.

    2. Coordinate internal resources to provide creative and technical support for events.

  3. Data Analysis and Optimization:

    1. Manage and optimize the campaign budget to maximize return on investment.

    2. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the campaigns, including transaction volume, conversion rates, and customer engagement.

    3. Adjust marketing strategies based on data feedback to optimize promotional effects. Produce detailed reports to support team decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the e-commerce industry, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.

  • Strong data analysis and project management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Fluency in Mandarin language preferred

Your Location:

Remote - Anywhere in the US, San Francisco Bay Area preferred

Travel: Twice a year for team building events; 3-5 days for each event

Compensation:

Pay Range: Part-time $40-$45/hour with 30 hours per week

The pay range for this role is determined by job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and current market data. This specific compensation estimate is based on the ranges for Tier 2 locations (e.g. Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin). Compensation ranges may be modified in the future to adjust for updated market data.
