Typical Accountabilities
- Lead the District Team to achieve or exceed established sales forecasts and call execution targets. - Collaborate with individual sales representatives to set appropriate and challenging goals for each territory. - Proactively anticipate and address obstacles that may hinder performance and results. - Evaluate individual and team progress toward goals, providing coaching to drive improvement. - Develop sales representatives to enhance their skills and prepare them for advanced career opportunities, including future District Manager roles. - Ensure compliance with all regulations governing interactions with healthcare professionals, sample distribution, and related activities.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential: Bachelor’s degree; proven leadership abilities; financial management; strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable: Previous management experience; Prior exposure to or experience in other functional areas of the business, such as Sales Training, Operations, Brand Team, or Managed Markets.
