Generate pipeline through prospecting, meetings, trade shows, and collaboration with sales development and marketing teams. Understand customer needs, present value propositions, respond to RFPs, develop proposals, and lead negotiations through contract execution. The role requires strong industry relationships and expertise in audience and identity data, identity resolution, advanced television, programmatic advertising, measurement, attribution, and monetization.

Leads end-to-end Data and Analytics solution sales cycles, partnering with account executives to develop opportunities, close business, and drive adoption. Sells ServiceNow’s D&A portfolio, creates strategic account plans, conducts discovery sessions, value-based presentations, and technical demos, and engages data, analytics, AI, CIO, and platform executives. The role focuses on AI-ready data modernization, analytics strategy, executive relationship building, and measurable customer outcomes.

Owns the roadmap and delivery of legal AI and platform initiatives across ServiceNow workflows. Designs, prototypes, evaluates, and launches trusted AI agents for legal advice, contract review, redlining, intake, and triage. Partners with Legal, Product, Engineering, Procurement, Compliance, and Digital Technology teams; defines evaluation criteria, measures business impact, manages stakeholders, and contributes feedback to customer-facing platform releases.
