We are now looking for a Domain Support Specialist to secure technical capability, fast domain support, routine resource fulfilment & field technical support. This Job Role is responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities. This shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels
You will:
The role involves supporting project activities according to internal procedures, managing and resolving tickets within SLA through proper escalation and coordination, and updating technical procedures. Responsibilities also include training new team members if assigned, intervening in incident cases post-configuration, and handling calls from field technicians to meet agreed SLAs and KPIs.
To be successful in the role you must have:
• Min.2 years of RAN hands-on experience on Nokia or Ericsson and good technical expertise on both vendors• Min.B2 level in French on writing and speaking • Min.B2 level in English • Excellent understanding of telecommunication networks and networks elements• Solid understanding of operations in a multivendor environment within Managed Services• Perseverance skill• Task orientation skill• Problem solving skill.• Available to work Monday to Sunday schedule, with permanent Saturday availability
