Our key alliances include strategic ERPs, Hyperscalers and Systems Integrators.

The DVP will lead a team of Strategic Alliance Managers whose goals are to uncover new joint pursuit opportunities and tangibly influence insightsoftware's sales opportunities. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Partnerships & Alliances, this role will be intimately involved in the development and execution of our strategic alliance recruitment, enablement, and joint go-to-market plans across all business units. This is a remote opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed the agreed revenue goals through partner referrals & influences. This is the most critical KPI for this role.
  • Aggressively expand and grow our existing alliances with ERPs, Hyperscalers and SIs.
  • Recruit and activate new strategic alliances whose products & services are highly complementary to insightsoftware's solutions.
  • Actively drive effective deal-origination & deal-influence activities with our most strategic alliances.
  • With each strategic partner, determine the best collaboration model to drive win-win outcomes, as well as develop joint action plans focused on shared pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Tightly manage and coach a team of Strategic Alliance Managers to plan and execute high-impact deal-origination & deal-influence activities.
  • As a hands-on manager who leads by example, actively model the way for the Strategic Alliance Managers and proactively help problem-solve partner issues & escalations.
  • Using a variety of BI tools, analyze and report on the progress of each strategic alliance through internal & external business review sessions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience directly managing strategic alliances & partnerships, preferably with the tier-1 ERPs, Hyperscalers and systems integrators.
  • Minimum 4 years of people management experience, effectively leading and growing a results-oriented team of alliance & partner managers.
  • Proven track record of developing and expanding strategic alliances that result in tangible revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and close sales pipeline through joint go-to-market activities and joint account pursuits.
  • In-depth knowledge of the co-sell and co-market motions that can be activated through the B2B Marketplaces and App Stores.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively convey the value insightsoftware brings to its strategic partners and their customers - and ultimately the tailored 'better together' narratives.
