The basis for our solutions is a combination of exclusive proprietary data assets and a seasoned team of professionals with deep expertise and experience. We utilize public and non-public data to create original frameworks that contextualize opportunities for growth and risk management.

Through our integrated portfolio of SaaS and Professional Services, we deliver data-driven marketing campaigns, rate intelligence software, and risk management tools to over 2,500 financial institutions nationwide.

As we scale, we’re building world-class financial systems, reporting infrastructure, and data-driven decision-making to support our growth across multiple business units.

Our values are Curiosity, Transparency, Partnership, and Lagniappe - always adding a little extra for clients and colleagues alike. We are an 80+ person company growing to 100 in the next 18 months, and we have no intention of ballooning headcount for the sake of it. We move with purpose, invest in what works, and use automation and AI to stay lean and effective.

Role Overview

The Director / VP of FP&A will be a trusted extension of the CFO — a proactive builder who combines analytical depth with strong execution. You’ll have the autonomy to design and lead our FP&A and financial systems roadmap, connecting data, process, and insight across the business.

We’re looking for someone who operates with ownership, moves quickly from idea to implementation, and holds themselves to the highest standard of accountability and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

·        Own annual planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling across business units, driving organizational alignment and accountability to financial goals.

·         Deliver rolling forecasts and variance analyses illuminating performance and profitability

·        Partner with business leaders to design and track KPIs by product line, such as ARR, Gross Margin, EBITDA, LTV: CAC, GTM metrics, etc.

Systems, Reporting & Process Design

·       Assist in the modernization of FP&A and accounting systems — integrating ERP (Rillet) and CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot).

·        Build scalable reporting tied to the new Chart of Accounts, departmental, and product hierarchy structures.

·        Assist in the design of key financial processes (billing, deferred revenue, allocations) to improve speed and accuracy.

·        Develop BI dashboards that visualize product-level revenue, gross margin, and operational KPIs.[ES1]

Strategic Initiatives & Business Partnership

·       Act as a finance lead for strategic projects such as pricing, compensation design, and M&A diligence.

·         Build financial playbooks and process documentation for repeatable execution.

·         Provide actionable insights and transparent reporting to leadership, the board, and investors.

·         Drive accountability through metrics reviews and forecast-to-actual tracking.

·         Work throughout the organization to create clarity and a shared vision of our financial objectives.

Qualifications

·       6+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or finance operations (SaaS or Tech-enabled services experience required; Private Equity or Venture Capital backed company experience preferred).

·         Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial modeling.

·         Experience implementing or optimizing ERP, BI, and CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Intacct, Rillet, Salesforce, billing systems, etc.).

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills; trusted advisor to senior leadership.

·         Proven ability to execute in high growth, evolving environments and dealing with change

·         CPA or MBA preferred but not required.

Why Infusion?

Our Values:

·        Curiosity – Learn from everything we do and become to go-to source for what is working and what is not in the industry.

·        Transparency – With our clients and colleagues, speak plainly, speak the truth, speak your voice.

·        Partnership – Invest in firing proven talent and giving the autonomy to use their gifts in the context of our business plans, and reward them for their efforts.

·        Lagniappe – Always provide a little bit extra and give more than asked for.

We want self-starters who think independently. We seek people who are proactive and not waiting for a to-do list.

You will have the opportunity to influence the future of a growing company serving a deeply meaningful customer base. If you’re motivated by results, not title, and you know how to make a small team feel 10X bigger, let's talk.

We offer:

·         Competitive salary and total compensation plans

·         Upward mobility for high performers.

·         Medical, dental and vision coverage plus Flexible PTO, 401(k) match, and WFH stipend.

·         A leadership team that values straight talk and rapid experimentation.

·         The chance to shape a culture that helps community financial institutions - and your own career - thrive.
