LA Opera seeks an experienced and service-oriented Director of Technology Services to lead the strategic planning, implementation, and day-to-day management of technology systems for LA Opera and our campus consortium partners. This role ensures our technology infrastructure is secure, reliable, and responsive and supports the creative and administrative work of a world-class performing arts organization.

The Director of Technology Services provides leadership across technology services operations, user support, systems administration, cybersecurity, and long-range technology planning. We are looking for a collaborative leader who combines strong technical expertise with a commitment to excellent customer service and inclusive, respectful teamwork.

This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, Communications, and Technology Services. The role is based at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in downtown Los Angeles. The anticipated starting salary range is $165,000–$183,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

This position is eligible for LA Opera’s comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and long-term disability coverage; a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match; cell phone stipend; Employee Assistance Program; subsidized parking or public transit reimbursement; and complimentary and discounted performance tickets.
