What You’ll Do
  • Lead a team of HR Business Partners, developing and implementing HR strategies that enable business objectives for assigned leaders.

  • Participate in business planning to ensure proper talent structures, engagement models, performance management, and recognition systems are in place.

  • Lead annual HR initiatives, including performance differentiation, compensation planning, goal setting, and development planning.

  • Partner with business leaders to refine organizational structure, operations, and culture.

  • Leverage HR data to influence decisions, support change management, and drive strategic alignment.

  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to design and implement HR programs that deliver measurable business results.

  • Provide objective guidance to leaders on business challenges, people implications, leadership effectiveness, and culture alignment.

  • Track and translate industry trends into actionable HR practices to improve organizational outcomes.

  • Deliver developmental feedback to the COO’s direct reports and broader Customer Delivery Group leadership.

  • Co-facilitate and support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives within the COO’s organization.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

  • 10+ years of human resources experience with proven expertise advising and influencing senior leaders.

  • Progressive HR experience with a focus on building and developing HR best practices.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.

  • Experience in organizational development, change management, and employee relations.

  • Exposure to Diversity and Inclusion initiatives within the last 3 years.

  • Highly collaborative, action-oriented, and able to influence across a matrixed organization.

  • Reputation for discretion, integrity, judgment, responsiveness, attention to detail, and common sense.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into effective HR programs and initiatives.
