The Strategic Growth role plays a key role in shaping the organization's medium and long-term trajectory by identifying and cultivating external partnerships and driving CEO and enterprise-wide cross-business unit initiatives. Operating with a high degree of independence, this individual manages large-scale, complex projects while engaging directly with senior leaders across the enterprise. The role demands strong analytical and consultative capabilities, sophisticated project management skills, and the ability to craft and deliver communications at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Monitors medium to long-term business trends and competitive dynamics to inform and contribute to leadership-level strategic discussions.
  • Develops analytical models, conducts industry research, and engages internal leaders and subject matter experts to support key projects and initiatives.
  • Facilitates structured discussions with internal business partners and synthesizes findings into clear, compelling insights for executive audiences.
  • Navigates ambiguity with confidence, applying an iterative approach and leading structured problem-solving efforts within team environments.
  • Influences senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority, building alignment and driving momentum across complex, matrixed environments.
  • Operates as a self-starter with a strong execution mindset, developing and driving high-level plans with discipline and purpose.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years progressive experience in strategy, corporate development, management consulting, project management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years progressive experience in strategy, corporate development, management consulting, project management, or a related field.
  • University degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
  • Previous professional experience identifying and developing external partnerships, leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, and supporting senior leader level priorities.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex, and ambiguous projects from inception through execution, along with a track record of delivering results in matrixed organizational environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and translating findings into actionable insights. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with demonstrated experience preparing and delivering executive-level presentations and written materials.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners without direct authority.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.

Anticipated Posting End Date:

Base Pay Range: $115,000/yr - $150,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
