About CrossVue
CrossVue is a contemporary consulting firm focused on delivering transformative outcomes through Workday. Role Overview
The Director of Alliances will lead the strategy, research, and execution of partnerships that complement CrossVue’s Workday consulting services and product portfolio. This role is critical to identifying adjacent technologies and services that create differentiated value for our clients and strengthen our market position. Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, ensuring mutual value creation and long-term success.
Lead negotiations, contract development, and governance processes for new and existing alliances.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Consulting teams to design and launch joint go-to-market initiatives with alliance partners.
Define value propositions, messaging, and enablement strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth through partnerships.
Monitor performance of alliance-driven offerings and optimize GTM plans based on market feedback and results.
Incubation & Innovation
Champion a culture of innovation by bringing forward emerging ideas and technologies that align with CrossVue’s strategic vision.
Collaborate closely with Practice Leaders to pilot and incubate new partnership models, offerings, and service lines that expand CrossVue’s capabilities and market reach.
Test and refine early-stage alliance concepts, working closely with internal teams and external partners to validate fit and scalability.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, or partner management within enterprise software or consulting.
Deep understanding of the Workday ecosystem and adjacent technologies (e.g., HCM, FIN, ERP, SaaS, AI, LLM, analytics, middleware).

Please Note: We believe in finding the right fit for both the consultant and our team. Leveling is assessed throughout the interview process, and we're open to a variety of experience levels, backgrounds, and unique skillsets!
A Note on Travel: For the past year+ we have delivered projects remotely with much success, though we do plan to travel again in the near future. Our approach is different in that we are purposeful in scheduling on-site visits with clients around their unique needs rather than the standard Monday-Thursday travel schedule that you'll find at other large firms. We expect travel to be roughly 20-25% (could be more or less) but we’ll continue to monitor this area and adapt as needed.
