RevolutionParts is looking for an experienced Technical SEO Manager to help expand our Technical SEO capabilities. As a member of the agency team, you will own all things Technical SEO for our in-house e-commerce platform that serves more than 2000 customers in the automotive parts sector.
In this role, you will act as not only a consultant to our customers, but you will be an advisor to our Product team to drive the enhancements that our e-commerce platform needs to compete for organic traffic against the top competitors in the space. The ideal candidate is extremely passionate about SEO, possesses a healthy amount of curiosity, has a high fluency with data, is comfortable setting aggressive goals, and can operate autonomously to achieve those goals.
Responsibilities:
- Developing the SEO strategies to drive organic growth for clients with a focus on scalable approaches to webstore, category, product, and landing page optimization. .
- Evaluating the existing team, people in roles and making changes needed to build the most effective SEO practice.
- Developing SEO reporting that provides the insights needed to drive effective outcomes.
- Working with tech SEO lead to determine the needs of the platform including improvements in crawl efficiency, site structure, renderability, page speed, and site errors..
- Analyze metrics and key performance indicators to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and offer strategic guidance for optimization.
- Serve as a technical SEO authority, furnishing insights and guidance to internal partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Technical SEO role, demonstrating a track record of developing client side SEO Technical SEO strategies.
- Consistent record of driving organic search growth and improving website performance.
- Deep understanding of technical SEO concepts, including website architecture, crawling, indexing, and site speed optimization.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Lumar, etc.
- Experience using content management platforms
- Strong analytical prowess, capable of interpreting data, deriving insights, and making data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at communicating effectively with both business, technical and executive teams
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
