Director, Salesforce Program Management
North- Remote, US
The Director of Salesforce Program Management will facilitate North's projects, as they relate to Salesforce enterprise program management involving Salesforce architecture and design, business requirements for all business teams, and coordination of resources to accomplish strategic actions. The Director of Salesforce Program Management, with the help of the broader Salesforce organization, will successfully plan and execute large, complex, enterprise wide projects where business continuity and cross-team coordination and alignment are critical to the successful delivery of strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for successful execution of project timelines and deliverables from beginning to end for Salesforce projects with scopes that often span across multiple business units and geographic locations.
- Develop and drive project timelines to identify resources needed from original concept through final implementation. Interface with all areas of the business that are impacted by the project, whether it be through written communications or stakeholder meetings.
- Define and manage project scope, goals, risks, issues, deliverables, and schedule of individual project tasks. Establish and enforce the use of the project’s change control process, and as projects progress, ensure they remain in alignment and are meeting client needs, business objectives, and design guidelines.
- Create detailed plans to account for internal and third party resource labor requirements in order to achieve goals on budget and according to project charters.
- Interface with key project stakeholders and executive level management on a regular basis, communicating project statuses, risks, challenges and other issues regularly and consistently. Manage (e.g., tracking, updating, reviewing) the dashboard and executive reports.
- Manages/oversee financial aspects of the project against assigned budgets.
- Provide guidance and assistance with solution/architectural Salesforce development.
What we need from you:
- B.S in Computer, business, related fields or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years in a program management capacity, leading complex IT projects
- 3+ years of direct or indirect people leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience in leading large Salesforce projects
- PMP Certification- preferred
- System, Development or other technical background- preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams through complex technical projects
- Working knowledge of Software Development and IT infrastructure
- Experience using at least one SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) methodology
- Microsoft Project and MS Excel expertise, Google Enterprise, or other PM specific tools used to track, allocate and assign resources and track timelines.
- Experience managing software or Infrastructure projects
Salary Range: $173,000- $200,000
