We are seeking a Director of Sales, North America to build and lead a high-performance net-new sales organization during a period of rapid growth. This role is responsible for developing strategy, scaling execution, and driving new logo acquisition across the U.S. and Canada. 

 

This leader will join a company operating in a highly competitive space and will play a central role in shaping our go-to-market approach. The ideal candidate is a change-minded leader who builds with intention, coaches with purpose, and executes with discipline; someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building teams that outperform. 

 

What You’ll Own 

Revenue & Growth Leadership 

  • Own all net-new revenue for North America 

  • Translate company growth targets into operating plans and execution rhythms 

  • Build repeatable systems to support sustained, scalable growth 

  • Actively inspect deals, drive accountability, and remove obstacles

 

Pipeline Ownership Across Multiple Motions 

  • You will own the performance and integration of every pipeline source feeding the sales organization: 

Marketing Inbound: 

  • Partner with Marketing to ensure high-quality pipeline creation 

  • Define handoff standards and conversion expectations

 

Business Development (BDR): 

  • Partner with BDR leadership to drive outbound pipeline generation 

  • Define handoff standards and conversion expectations 

Self-Generated (GSA Outbound): 

  • Set prospecting expectations and performance standards for all sellers 

  • Ensure pipeline coverage independent of inbound volume 

Partnership & Alliances: 

  • Lead alliance-aligned Global Solution Advisors focused on channel performance 

  • Partner with Alliances leadership on strategy, execution, and performance measurement 

Sales Operating Model 

  • Build and enforce a structured sales methodology 

  • Establish operating rigor via weekly pipeline reviews, deal inspection, and forecast calls 

  • Ensure CRM integrity and performance reporting discipline 

  • Develop leading indicators and performance dashboards 

Coaching & Team Leadership 

  • Build a culture rooted in coaching and development 

  • Implement structured performance reviews and development plans 

  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and ramp strategy 

  • Develop future leaders through mentorship and continuous feedback 

Forecast & Accountability 

  • Lead forecasting with accuracy and transparency 

  • Create early-warning systems for pipeline and performance risk 

  • Hold leaders and sellers accountable with clarity and fairness 

Cross-Functional Leadership 

  • Service as a strategic partner to Marketing, Business Development, Partnerships, Finance, and Product 

  • Translate field insight into GTM strategy and product feedback 

 

What will set you up for success:   

Experience  

  • 8+ years in B2B Sales 

  • 3+ years leading teams in growth environments 

  • Experience driving net-new revenue in competitive markets 

  • Saas, technology services, or B2B services experience preferred 

Leadership Strengths 

  • Deep commitment to coaching and development 

  • Comfort leading teams through change and ambiguity 

  • Ability to set standards, make decisions, and hold teams accountable 

  • Strong communication and presence 

Operating Excellence 

  • Expertise in: 
  • Sales methodology 

  • Forecasting and pipeline discipline 

  • CRM rigor and reporting 

  • Territoy planning
