Salary Range: $137,000.00 - $255,000.00

Introduction
We’re seeking a Director of Sales to lead and expand our strategic retail partnerships across Amazon, Costco among other key retailers throughout the U.S. and Mexico. This role is responsible for driving revenue, strengthening retailer relationships, and executing best-in-class omnichannel strategies across our product portfolio.This high visibility role will report into the SVP & GM, Americas.
What You Will Do:
- Own P&L and deliver revenue growth across Amazon, Costco among other key retailers in the U.S. and Mexico.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual plan establishing targets for units, volume and profit, while defining strategic initiatives and channel expansion to drive sustainable growth.
- Drive Amazon strategy, including content optimization, digital shelf execution, retail media, and demand generation
- Partner with marketing and brand teams to ensure strong in-store and online activation, product launches, and campaign alignment
- Collaborate with supply chain, finance, marketing and operations to manage forecasting, inventory, and in-stock performance across regions
- Negotiate contracts, trade investments, and promotional strategies to optimize ROI and profitability
- Analyze performance data, shopper insights, and competitive trends to inform decision-making
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team
To Be Successful You Will Have:
- 8–12+ years of sales/account management experience in consumer tech, CPG, or a hybrid of both
- Proven track record managing Amazon and Costco
- Walmart, Costco, and/or Sam’s Club accounts is a plus
- Deep understanding of omnichannel retail, including eCommerce, brick-and-mortar, and marketplace dynamics
- Strong expertise in the Amazon ecosystem (Vendor Central, Seller Central, retail media, content optimization)
- Experience driving growth across U.S. and LATAM markets
- Demonstrated success managing large retail P&Ls, trade spend, and pricing strategies
- Strong negotiation and executive-level relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Experience operating in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
