Location: Remote (East Coast, U.S. Preferred)

The driving force behind our continuous success has always been our people and we are looking for a Sales Enablement leader who can help us elevate a best-in-class Sales Enablement team to meet the evolving needs of our growing organization. We require a leader with more than 15 years of sales and go-to-market leadership experience who can transform the sales enablement program to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and partner teams through elevated messaging, knowledge transfer and on-demand resources. 

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling and equipping the Kyriba global sales teams and partners with the tools and knowledge to acquire, retain and grow revenue while establishing cohesion across all disciplines and functions to achieve our strategic goals.

 

The role will provide strategic thought leadership across the organization to drive revenue growth and will continuously introduce and enhance sales enablement initiatives.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Execute a vision for sales enablement with a clear plan for the resources, tools and deliverables required to elevate sales performance and efficiency to the next level

  • Partner with sales and go-to-market leaders to align on enablement priorities to drive our growth revenue strategy including client upsell and cross-sell programs.

  • Develop a team of Kyriba subject matter experts across industry issues, product capabilities and sales processes.

  • Deliver competitive insights program to analyze Kyriba’s competitive landscape with a feedback loop to Kyriba leaders

  • Collaborate with sales and partner leaders on a sales methodology to increase sales effectiveness while identifying and remedying opportunities for sales improvement

  • Support new product launches by preparing and enabling sales teams to more effectively sell new products and influential features

  • Maintain a sales enablement resource center in Highspot so that sales teams have the playbooks, presentations and content they need to efficiently manage end-to-end sales cycles

  • Regularly spend time with the local teams and reps to understand the ''field reality'' and optimize sales enablement deliverables to meet emerging needs

 

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of sales, sales enablement, product marketing and go-to-market experience in a B2B software environment

  • 6+ years of managing high producing go-to-market teams

  • Expertise in corporate finance with a preferred focus on treasury, payments and risk management practices including CFO and Treasurer personas

  • Strong presentation skills with a track record of highly rated business presentations

  • Superior slide presentation, spreadsheet and writing skills

Base compensation for this role is: $185,300.00 - $234,350.00 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications as well as specific cost of living circumstances in some specific locations.
