  • Collaborate closely with Client Services leadership to ensure a world-class customer experience and seamless delivery model across emerging verticals.
  • Design, communicate, and execute a clear sales strategy, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise goals and motivating the team to perform in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • 12+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or digital strategy, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and exceeding revenue goals within the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Established relationships with senior decision-makers across independent and holding-company agencies, as well as enterprise and vertical-specific brands.
  • Demonstrated success in building, coaching, and scaling sales teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise in programmatic advertising and DSP operations, with the ability to translate complex technology into strategic value for agencies and brands.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, capable of influencing product, marketing, and client services teams to align on go-to-market priorities and accelerate results.
