JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading a team and growing sales in our local markets throughout the East Coast.   

Responsibilities
  • Development and training of Sales Managers and Sales Reps on Auto Glass Now offerings

  • Implement strategy to grow and strengthen our network of insurance agents, dealerships and fleet accounts

  • Work closely with operations to ensure service delivery for our customers

  • Oversight of client issue resolution

  • Support new store openings by engaging sales teams to drive sales activity to boost new store sales ramp

  • Partner with store level leaders to drive strategic sales growth initiatives

  • Establish sales priorities, action plans and deliver/exceed on sales goals

  • Represent Auto Glass Now by attending and participating in territory client functions

  • Build relationships with key clients

  • Develop relationships with key agency accounts and leadership

  • In field training and coaching

  • Creation of training, marketing, and presentation materials

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree OR an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience required

  • Minimum of 5 years auto glass  or related experience calling on insurance agencies and/or fleet clients preferred

  • 5+ years of management experience

  • Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and grow sales team

  • Quickly establishes trust and builds relationships with clients

  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

  • Ability to pivot and adapt to a changing environment​

  • Strategic thinker

  • Travel required
